4.2 Point Conversion: The conversion rate and terms for converting points are established at our sole discretion and may be adjusted over time. Points hold no monetary value.

4.3 Tax Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for any tax implications related to the points they earn and convert.

5. Content Ownership and License

5.1 User Content: By posting or sharing any content on the Platform, you hereby grant Friendifyme a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such content in any media. All content shared on the Platform is owned by Friendifyme effective from the day you create your account.

5.2 Content Removal: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate at our sole discretion.

6. Filmmakers

6.1 Film Promotion: Filmmakers may promote, advertise, and market their films on the Platform for a fee.

6.2 Fee Increase: The fee for promoting a film may increase if the film exceeds a certain amount of streams.

6.3 Ownership Proof: Filmmakers must provide proof of ownership of all films before approval for public viewing.

6.4 Pricing: Filmmakers may set their own prices for end users to watch their films.

7. Disclaimers and Liability

7.1 Waiver of Lawsuits: By creating an account and using the Platform, you hereby waive all rights to initiate any lawsuits against Friendifyme. We are exempt from any and all lawsuits caused by or derived from the use of the Platform.
